Sully and I were at the store yesterday, and he spotted a little striped kitty on the shelf. He asked to see it, snuggled him immediately, and has barely let him go since. Kitty has tiger stripes, one green eye and one blue, and...Sully has named him Vern. Or Kitty Vern to be exact, in honor of his Grandpa Vern (my dad.)
Two of Sully's most favorite people, his buddy "Sa-wah" and "Bebee Evan," came over to play yesterday morning. I really can't overstate how much Sully loves their entire family...when one of them is around, I'm pretty much an afterthought. Which is just fine with me--it's so much fun to watch my little guy as he learns how to talk with people when he's on his own (without me translating.)
It's done! It's done! Eva's kindergarten video is finally, finally done! It's over 10 minutes long...but it's so totally worth it (if you're her mother.) (Or her grandmother.) Mondo thanks to everyone who helped out with question suggestions--you guys came through big time. We were able to include her answers to just about every question you all asked, but there were a few that didn't make the cut. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR QUESTION! It has everything to do with our kid's attention span/cooperation level/lame-o answers. We promise.
