It's hard to believe, but somehow Sully's old enough to attend the Play and Learn classes at our Family Resource Center (just like his big sister did.) We had our first class yesterday, and boy did we have fun!
Sully was a little unsure at first--I think he thought I was going to leave him there--but by the end of our hour, he'd settled in pretty well. It was sort of surreal seeing our little guy doing art projects, "singing" songs, and having a snack alongside the other kids. He's usually tagging along as a little sibling at his sister's "things," but this class is all about Sully. He gets to be the big kid for once...and I think that's going to be a very good thing for him. I can't wait to go back next week!
(PS: Eva and Sully--and Mike and I--wish a Very Happy Birthday to their Grampa today!! It's a special one, folks...one of those milestones that ends in a zero. We love you, Grampa! Enjoy your day!)
