Hey! Is anybody even reading this site anymore? Our web stats kind of tapered off, so we let things go for a while. But if you are reading (hi), here is something you should remember: there’s no slam in October. The slam schedule for the rest of 2005 is as follows...

It's been kind of muggy out lately, so dress accordingly for the next slam. The Slam Crew is going in swim trunks, because later in the night we're heading down to the pool for our water aerobics. Don't laugh—we've never been more toned and limber. The water... it is our life.
